Paul Nowicki

Vice President of Operations

With over 15 years of sales and management experience, Paul leads a pair of highly specialized teams—Transportation Recruiters and Account Managers—responsible for delivering industry-leading customer service and support. He also works closely with our compliance and payroll teams to ensure 100% completion of all client specific on-boarding requirements. Paul spent the last eight years leading two market divisions of TrueBlue, one of the largest light industrial staffing companies in the United States. There, he oversaw recruiting, sales and operations for the Midwest territory for what is now known as PeopleReady. His main passion lies with coaching and developing high-performing teams and helping those around him realize their potential. Paul received his undergraduate degree with a focus on finance from Illinois State University and he earned his MBA from Marquette University.

Arthur Lon

Director of Business Development

Arthur joined TransTechs in early 2010 and quickly became the top performing recruiter on the team, earning numerous rewards and recognition throughout his first three years. In 2013, he was moved into an Account Manager role to help oversee key accounts in the company’s portfolio, from major OEMs to municipal fleets, while also leading business development initiatives. Arthur’s firsthand knowledge of the challenges involved in finding and retaining skilled technicians, along with the exposure to the pains caused by a lack of technicians felt by the fleet managers on daily basis, leaves him in a unique position to be able to devise effective solutions to fill each staffing gap. Arthur is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Eddie Diedrick

Client Relationship Manager

Eddie manages the relationships of key TransTechs accounts, helping grow the TransTechs footprint and maintaining our market share. Along with supporting sales and service functions, Eddie also coordinates recruiting efforts, making him a key asset and well-rounded manager. Prior to being promoted to his current role, he served as a Recruiter, Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Manager. With over 11 years of staffing experience, Eddie helped build the TransTechs brand to what it is today, holding key positions through different levels of the organization including sales, service and recruiting. Eddie graduated from the University of Iowa with concentrations in journalism, communications and broadcast journalism. He is an avid sports fan, and loves the Chicago Cubs.
