Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am / Shop is open 7 days (OT possible)
Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic and repair work
- Obtain and document component serial numbers
- Identify and request required parts
- Properly identify and return cores
- Road test vehicles as required
- Properly indentify and file warranty parts
- Park trucks in designated areas
- Properly document the repair
- Maintain clean and safe work area
Job Requirements
Qualified Candidates For Diesel Technician/Mechanic Position Will Have The Following Education/Experience:
- Required:
- Minimum 3 years of truck shop experience
- Experience with engine overhauls
- International engine experience is big plus
- Must have CDL class B or be able to obtain it withing 90 days after starting
- Tools
- Must pass criminal BG, DT, and DMV check
Working Conditions:
- Shop, office, yard, vehicle environment, may require lifting of 20 to 50 lbs., at least once a day.
