Hiring Process

TransTechs is always looking for the best and brightest mechanics and technicians in the business. Our streamlined five-step hiring process begins on-line.

1 - RESUME

Submit your resume for review. Don't have a resume? Use our Build Your Resume feature to create a curent overview of your skills and experience.  Click here to begin.

2 - SCREENING

A TransTechs recruiter will review your resume and follow-up with you by phone for a screening interview.

3 - PAPERWORK

Qualified applicants will receive compliance/application paperwork via FedEx or download from the website. In addidtion, job seekers will receie pre-employment drug screen instructions via FedEx. Application paperwork must be filled out and faxed to TransTechs within 48 hours of receipt.

4 -COMPLIANCE

Compliance results will be received within 3-4 days of submittal.  If job seekers clear compliance, they will be considered eligible for employment.

5 - CONFIRMATION

When employees are matched with a TransTechs client, salary/hourly rates, shift time, schedule and reporting details for first day of duty will be confirmed with both the employee and the client. A New Employee Start Pack must be completed prior to job start; instructions for receiving and ocmpleting the Start Pack will be provided by the recruiting department.
